Sînziana Mircea, Young Steinway Artist, carries out an international career spanning over Europe, North America and Asia. The Romanian pianist made her  debut at the Tokyo Metropolitan Theater/Japan and St Martin-in-the-Fields London/UK when she was only 20. Four years later, she made her debut at the Carnegie Hall in New York in a sold-out recital, rewarded by the American public with standing ovations. Soon after, Sînziana undertook her first China tour. Her recent appearances include Carnegie Hall, Bucharest Radio Hall, Stockholm Philharmonic, Tallinn Philharmonic, Harvard Club New York, Bucharest Philharmonic, London Steinway Hall, Tokyo Steinway Hall, Sapporo Concert Hall, Nanjing Arts Center, Harbin Concert Hall.
Sînziana is a winner of the Van Cliburn Foundation & TCU Scholarship Award (2014), as well as prize-winner of the Miami International Piano Academy (2016). Sînziana was awarded the title of Young Steinway Artist in 2017, designating the most promising pianists worldwide. 
Recordings of her live concerts were broadcast by all major European radio channels for classical music, including BBC Radio 3, RAI 3 Italy, Music3 Belgium, Radio Romania Muzical and others (Sweden, Norway, Poland).
The Romanian pianist has released three CDs:  "Fortuna - Piano Sensation" (Electrecord, 2020), "Unending Love” - distributed worldwide by NAXOS (Sheva COllection, 2017) and “Nihil Sine Deo” (Editura Casa Radio, 2016), ranked third in the national competition for the best classical music CD in Romania in 2016, organized by Radio Romania Musical.
 
Sînziana Mircea performed as a soloist of the Romanian Radio Chamber Orchestra, Washington DC Youth Orchestra, Mozart Virtuoso Festival Orchestra Japan, Orchestra Da Camera Imola-Italy, Amadeus Orchestra UK and several other Romanian Philharmonic Orchestras, with conductors such as  Mikhail Jurowski, Mitsuyoshi Oikawa, Gianluigi Zampieri, Cristian Neagu, Walter Attanasi, Amaury du Closel. ​She was invited to perform in prestigious festivals, such as the George Enescu Festival together with Alexandru Tomescu and Omar Massa, the Palermo Classica Festival, MusicaRiva Festival.
 
Sînziana's art has been crafted by renowned pianists such as Aldo Ciccolini, Ronan O'Hora, Pascal Roge and Verona Maier. She received her Bachelor of Music Degree with the maximum mark from the Hochschule für Musik und Tanz Köln (Cologne, Germany), the largest music university in Europe. Consequently, she obtained her Master Degree in Music Performance from the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London and her Master Degree in Arts Management from the Bocconi University of Economics in Milano. Besides several master classes, Sînziana has enriched her art by studying at the Accademia Pianistica Imola for 2 years. Sînziana's first steps were guided by Profs. Elena Dumitrescu, Olga Szel and Stela Dragulin.
 
Her performing career started from a young age. The first public appearance on the stage of the Romanian Athenaeum took place at the age of 7, followed by numerous concerts in Romania and Europe and also in the USA - where she debuted at the age of 11. She started touring soon after, including the first tours in the USA (aged 14), Japan (aged 19) and China (aged 24).
 
2019 concert season included appearances at the Radio Hall in Bucharest, extensive tour in Japan, recital tour in the USA, including Carnegie Hall and the launch of the “Imagine Chopin International Tour".  The latter one consisted in a complex concept, presenting original works by Chopin and Sînziana's own compositions, enriched by visual effects. All her performances has been praised both by public and critics. In this regard, there could be mentioned echoes from the international press: "Sînziana Mircea has enchanted the public with her wonderful piano art" (Tokachi-Mainichi Newspaper, June 18, 2019, Obihiro, Japan), "Extraordinary! Magnificent! Superb!" (Radio Romania Muzical, Nov 14th 2019),  "Remarkable Venetian success of Sinziana Mircea" (Cotidianul.ro, Dec 4th 2019).
 
Sînziana Mircea won the 1st Prize at the "Golden Classical Music Awards" International Competition 2019 and the First Prizes "Salzburg” and “Amsterdam” at the Grand Prize Virtuoso Competition 2019 Edition.
In 2020, Sînziana was awarded the prestigious “Bratianu Scholarship” for Music, offered by the Romanian Ministry of Culture for outstanding results in the classical music field.
 
In 2018, she founded her own start-up music school in Bucharest, MuseArt Academy and has worked within the Cremona Conservatoire Development & Educational Department.
